GREAT IDEAS! Worth the money! Buy this book for general health or for beautiful, healthy hair!

This book is FULL of interesting information, and it motivates you to get going on so many things you have been meaning to do for your health anyway. It is inspiring because so many of her examples show that you DO have power to change your thinning hair or slow growing hair into thick, fast growing hair. I have already "fixed" my hair in the past two years doing most of these things, but I keep getting more information anyway, just in case there is another idea out there. I have also "fixed" my rotator cuff tears, and my back injury though my doctors thought I needed surgery. I never give up without a serious try! I love books that give people the information they need to really make a difference in how they look and feel. It was so interesting that I actually stayed up too late because I couldn't put it down!

The Hair I've Always Dreamed Of!

My hair was my ruin for most of my life. I knew that I had "artificial" disabilities when it came to growing a beautiful head of hair, but I just didn't know how to overcome what had beset my own mane.
Before I started doing the procedures as laid out in Jeanne's book, I had been wearing extensions for about a year. My hair had gotten so brittle and thin I had to wear them in order to wear my hair down.
I started the procedures and in about 2 months, my hair was in so much better condition that I was able to take the extensions out. The hair next to my scalp became the thickest in years. In the first 3-4 months I had a round of new hair growth long enough where it blended in to the rest of my hair. With these procedures, hair growth gains momentum. I have grown so much new hair in the span of only 6 months--it's quite incredible. I now wear my hair down without extensions and it is beautiful and silky.
Now the only attention I put on my hair is to glance at it in the mirror every so often and be amazed that it's my hair...it's so pretty! My hair is so lustrous and shiny...I get so many comments on it now. People say I have beautiful hair! I had two people tell me that my hair was absolutely stunning! Can you believe it? Me, the girl who always felt like the ugliest woman in the room because of my horrible hair! I have the best hair I've ever had...and it continues to get better every month! It's the hair I've always dreamed of...but never had until I started doing Jeanne's techniques. The information in The Modern Rapunzel helped me make a dream come true. I cannot say enough good things about her book.

Every woman needs this book...really!

I just loved this book. I initially read it to find out how to achieve beautiful, thick hair and found amazingly easy and doable secrets from which I've had great results. The information is straightforward and simple. In addition, it's a great read. Jeanne Powers is funny and inspiring and this book offers so much more than I had imagined. Though it starts being all about a woman's crowning glory it reveals a plethora of knowledge and information one needs to live a happier, more successful and fulfilling life. The Modern Rapunzel is brimming with "ah-ha" moments and I recommend it highly.
