Fairground Ride

Awe, Sean and Scarlet, falling into domestic bliss, thoroughly deserved. I feel there is something hiding with Seans Mom's background to cause her to react to Scarlet how she does.
I seem to remember her getting on with Scarlet before his ex Penelope was on the scene. Diane has very 'self' issues she thinks she is above anyone and everyone.
Loving the development of the 'extended family' Ryan and Janice, Corland and Monnique; so loving Mike he is so crass but so funny.
Scarlet took the 'new maid' the totally wrong way, even now I am laughing at her reaction. Trying to keep the upper hand by withdrawing sex from Sean! How can you with hold anything from Sean, so caring, nurturing and loving; alright he can be a jackass at times, and can fully understand Scarlets resolve.
The mere mention of Cortlands Secret! you just know that your in for a roller coaster of a read!
As if the maid isn't enough to send Scarlet into a tailspin, Sean gets her a car; I just love how these two spark off each other, but comfort each other too!
Scarlet, so real, with body issues, and she has the biggest heart!
So love how protective these boys are.
Cortland and Monnique seem to be happy together, appear to be overcoming the debacle that was Monniques Ex!
Monniques reaction to Cortland and Scarlet sleeping together was totally out of character, and extreme. What was so hard for her to understand about Cortland and Scarlet's relationship. Monnique went totally off the wall! We got to find out why she broke up with her ex, even then Cortland was blaming himself!
I felt so sorry for Cortland, Monnique came over as a totally selfish spoilt brat, even with her past she treated COrtland abysmally, he didnt deserve her attack.
Awe Mike, he is one lucky boy! what a sweetheart Cassandra is, they make a great couple, both need someone in their lives ad it looks like they have each found their happiness.
I just wonder how bitchmom Diane behaves towards her.
I loved how Mike admitted to himself he was jealous of his brother, and so glad they worked through their anger. Mike makes a great addition to this wonderful family of misfits.
The gang all warmed to Mikes new lady, Cassandra and was so sweet seeing this different side of Mike.
Cortland was not coping with the break-up but fair play he kept in with the gang, they even tried setting him up on a blind date, and formed a platonic friendship with Hazel, and it made him think more about what he'd lost.
He wasnt ready to move onto a new relationship, and even turned downs Hazels offer!
After 3 months, Monnique appeared at Sean and Scarlets home hoping she wasn't too late! I was holding my breath too!
I think they need to clear the air and was surprised with the outcome! need the next book NOW!!

Forever and Always series

Love the many characters and their entertwinding lives. Makes for an interesting read. The sibling rivals are humorous and when tragedy strikes tears flow for the loss.
Kudos to E. L. Todd for baiting the hook with three free books. I am thoroughly enjoying the series and do not mind paying for the additional books.
The only negative is the spelling and grammar errors.

Intense

Oh my god I cannot believe how Monnique acted, I can't believe that she actually left Cortland. I wanted to cry seeing his pain. It's amazing what kind of friend Scarlet was by chasing her down and then calling her. It shows the love she really has for Cortland. Scarlet is loyal to her family
