"Thank you for an awesome book & tool for our soldiers and families!" --Kimberly Krick, RN, TBI Case Manager, Anchorage, AK
Wow. I had tears in my eyes reading this book. I work with returning Veterans. However, my husband is in the National Guard and is currently in Iraq for his second tour. We have an 8 year old son and this book touched me greatly. --Angela S. Ferris, RN MSN OEF/OIF Nurse Case Manager
Your book is REALLY a treasure. I so much enjoyed reading it! As a ... Child and Adolescent psychiatrist, in a residential treatment center for children, I very much appreciate your message in the book. I found it to be wonderfully illustrated and at a perfect level for a school aged child. --Manal Durgin, M.D., child and adolescent psychiatrist

Much Needed Book!
By Teerose
As a 43yo daughter of a Viet Nam Veteran, tears came to my eyes as I read this book. It was like reliving my childhood with my Dad who suffered from PTSD after serving for one year as a gunner on a Medevac. I wish back then someone would have realized not only that he needed help but his children did as well. This book is straightforward and will help children of Veterans of all ages. I highly recommend it and hope it helps the thousands of children that have parents serving in the military.

Cute

Very good story, well told. Great illustrations and a story you can read over. I thought it was a little priced a little high for what it is, possibly meaning those it would really help cannot access it.
